Individual Therapy

Support that meets you where you are—emotionally and literally.

Therapy That Adapts to You

Choosing to begin therapy is a brave and personal step—and how you meet with your therapist should reflect your needs, your comfort, and your circumstances. At Beacon EMDR, we offer both in-person sessions and secure telehealth appointments, so we can work together in the way that feels right for you.

In-Person Therapy

Meeting face-to-face can offer a sense of grounding, connection, and presence that some clients find especially helpful—especially when processing deep emotional material or working with nervous system regulation in the room.

There are also situations where in-person sessions may better support your progress. If you're unsure which setting is right for you, we can talk through it together and make that decision based on what will best serve your healing.

Telehealth Therapy

If coming into the office isn't ideal—due to distance, schedule, accessibility, or preference—telehealth is a flexible, safe, and effective option. You can attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space, using a phone, tablet, or computer.
Importantly, EMDR therapy can be done remotely, and many clients find it just as effective via telehealth as in person. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure everything feels clear and supportive each step of the way.

Which Format is Right for You?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Your comfort, lifestyle, and therapeutic goals all matter—and you’re not expected to have it figured out alone. During your consultation or early sessions, we’ll explore what setting feels most aligned, and we can adjust as your needs evolve.

Whether we’re meeting in person or online, my goal is the same: To create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward healing.
